Accommodation

Accommodation Period

Accommodation is only provided from 2 – 6 April 2025.
Hotel official check-in time is 3:00PM on 2 April 2025.
Hotel official check-out time is 12:00PM on 6 April 2025. 

Type of Room Provided

All Winners are assigned a single-occupancy room at the The Westin Dragonara Resort, Malta.

Upgrade of Accommodation

No upgrade of accommodation is allowed.

Flights

Type of Flight Provided

• Flight entitlement is based on Group Economy fare for all Winners.
• Depending on your Business Country, flight selection is a first come first serve basis.
• Flight option is only confirmed upon submission of registration.

Group Flight Terms & Conditions

• Group Flight tickets are not eligible for mileage accrual.
• Please ensure that your passport name is spelt correctly, and in the exact order of your passport as this will be used to book your flight tickets. 
• A fee of up to SGD 250 will be incurred for any name change after flight ticket issuance.

Deviation of Flights

• No deviation of flights are allowed

Optional Activities

• Optional activities are subjected to minimum numbers signed up.
• You would not be able to select an optional activity once the maximum capacity is met.
